Ralph reported that the burn pit has been operating illegally since inception without a permit. Application for a use permit is $400. Will be applying for a temporary permit to cover usage until regular permit can be obtained. Ralph requested funds from the burn pit account to cover this expense. Jack Greenleaf moved that this expense be approved, Edna McKnight seconded the motion and the board passed the motion. A copy of the bill and check needs to be given to the fire department to go with grant paperwork.
